Booking Cancelation within 7 days from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all payments will be refundable.
Booking Cancelation within 72 hours from the start of the period of hire, 80% of all payments will be refundable.
Booking Cancelation within 4 hours from the start of the period of hire, 30% of all payments will be refundable.
If the customer fails to be available for pick-up at the time and place requested, all payments will be non-refundable.
Refundable amount will be credited to same amount within 2 working days.
